Founding Designer at music royalties start up. It's very early stage with a very lean team of 6 people.

I started in July but have transformed their experience and way of thinking using clear and pragmatic design decisions: it's about speed, impact… and more speed!

For example: influencing the dev team to use a beautiful open source design system as soon as I joined; using bolt.new (AI technology) to create a marketing page and pass over the code; working with the developers to use and improve what they already had rather than creating new.

My role

My first priority is to improve the user experience of the portal. But I’m also in charge of brand and growth marketing. The latter will become more important as we move forward.
