Redesigning the Pizza Hut ‘onboard’ experience for multiple global markets

The goal was to consolidate, improve and modernise the Pizza Hut onboarding experience for multiple markets – working directly with international franchises and stakeholders.

Impact and learnings

This was the my last project at Pizza Hut before leaving for Artsy so I wasn’t there to see the results. Though I’ve been told there was uplift in conversion and average order value. The design has been rolled out to 4+ markets after it was validated.
